Functional medicine meets longevity science. Root-cause diagnosis, 50+ biomarkers, and a personalised protocol — delivered online by a physician who knows your biology, wherever you are in the world.
Join the WaitlistStandard medicine is built to detect disease — not to prevent it. The biomarkers most predictive of how you age, how your hormones perform, and how long you thrive are rarely, if ever, ordered by a GP.
longyxhealth is a functional medicine practice built on a single principle: find the root cause. Not suppress a symptom. Not wait for a threshold. Every assessment traces dysfunction back to its origin — metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, mitochondrial — and addresses it there.
And because the most important longevity medicine should not require flying to a Swiss clinic, every consultation is delivered online — same physician, every session, wherever you are in the world.
A panel designed to rule out acute disease. Silent dysfunction — insulin resistance, mitochondrial decline, hormonal imbalance — goes undetected for years.
Functional medicine asks why — not just what. Every biomarker is read in the context of every other. Dysfunction is traced to its origin and addressed there, with a personalised protocol that treats the whole system.
A written longevity protocol — personalised to your biology, with evidence for every recommendation — delivered and explained by the same physician who ordered your labs.
Physician-led longevity care has historically meant expensive in-person clinics in Switzerland or the US. longyxhealth delivers the same clinical depth via secure video — in English and German — available across Europe and internationally.
From a 20-minute lab review to a year-long clinical partnership — the full service list, with transparent fees and complete details, is on its own page.
The Longevity Assessment goes beyond routine bloodwork to map your complete biological age profile — across every system involved in how fast you age and how well you function.
Every result is interpreted in clinical context by the same physician who ordered it. You receive a written longevity protocol — not a PDF of ranges — with evidence for every recommendation.
Standard telehealth asks what brought you in today. Root-cause medicine begins with where your biology has been for the past decade.
Before a first appointment, every longyxhealth patient completes a detailed medical history intake — covering sleep architecture, stress history, gut function, toxic exposures, family patterns, and the full timeline of how symptoms developed. This is not a checkbox form. It is the clinical raw material from which a root-cause hypothesis is constructed, before the first question is even asked in consultation.
The consultation itself does not simply confirm what you already know. It examines the interactions between systems — how a suboptimal thyroid conversion pathway, elevated fasting insulin, and a genetic methylation variant compound one another. These mechanisms do not appear in any single marker. They appear only when all markers are interpreted together, in the context of your full clinical history.
A standard panel reports TSH as normal and closes the case. A functional medicine assessment asks: Is free T3 sufficient for cellular function? Is reverse T3 elevated, signalling a conversion problem? Are thyroid antibodies present? Do genetic variants in the deiodinase pathway impair T4-to-T3 conversion? The same "normal" result — read through a different clinical framework — can reveal the mechanism behind years of unresolved fatigue, weight resistance, or cognitive fog.
A structured pre-consultation history covering your full clinical timeline — sleep, stress, gut, hormonal history, environmental exposures, and symptom progression. Completed before the first appointment so the physician arrives prepared, not discovering.
Panels designed around your specific presentation. Full thyroid cascade — TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies. Complete insulin pathway — fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, glucose. Where indicated: genetic and pharmacogenomic panels, inflammatory markers, and hormonal axes not included in standard care.
Results are not read in isolation. A functional medicine assessment maps how each finding interacts with every other — how your metabolic picture, thyroid function, inflammatory status, and genetic profile compound or compensate for one another. This is the analysis that a 15-minute appointment cannot accommodate.
A personalised protocol document — not a printout of reference ranges. Each recommendation is linked to the specific mechanism it addresses, explained in plain language, and built around your biology. The same physician who ordered the labs writes the protocol and explains it directly to you.
Certified Longevity Physician · GCLS
Ärztin für funktionelle Medizin — building the longevity practice she could never find for her own patients. A physician who combines the clinical rigour of German medical training with the root-cause approach of functional medicine.
Consultations in English and German — open to patients in Germany, across Europe, and internationally via secure video. The same physician for every session — no handoffs, no algorithms, no compromises.
These certifications represent specific training that changes how a physician approaches a patient — what questions get asked, which biomarkers get ordered, and how a protocol is built.
Germany's Approbation is one of the most rigorous medical licences in the world. It requires a 6-year medical degree, a state final examination (Staatsexamen), and two years of supervised clinical training across internal medicine, surgery, and general medicine. Dr. Sadaf holds full legal authority to practise medicine in Germany and the EU.
Every clinical decision, lab order, and prescription is made by a fully licensed, legally accountable physician — not a health coach or wellness practitioner.
The GCLS certification covers the evidence base of longevity medicine: biomarker interpretation, preventive cardiology, hormonal health optimisation, metabolic medicine, and precision protocol design. Candidates are examined on their ability to translate current longevity science into individual patient protocols — not general wellness recommendations.
Most physicians are trained to treat disease after it appears. GCLS training focuses specifically on the biomarkers and interventions that delay disease onset — a fundamentally different clinical skill set.
The IFM is the global reference institution for root-cause, systems-based medicine. The AFMCP is IFM's intensive certification — covering the functional medicine model, advanced laboratory interpretation, therapeutic lifestyle medicine, and the clinical framework for complex multi-system presentations. IFM-trained physicians begin with the patient's full biological timeline, not a symptom list.
A standard GP consultation is 10–15 minutes for acute problems. An IFM-trained assessment takes 75 minutes, covers 50+ biomarkers, and explains why you feel the way you do — not just what to take for it.
When you book with longyxhealth, you are not paying for a video call. You are paying for a physician who has completed post-graduate training specifically in longevity medicine and functional medicine — on top of a full German medical degree — and who spends 75 minutes on your initial consultation alone. Every biomarker, every recommendation, every protocol document is the product of that training applied to your specific biology.
For the first phase of longyxhealth, we are accepting fewer than 20 programme patients in total. This is intentional — not a marketing tactic. Each founding patient receives a physician who has read their full history, interpreted their labs in detail, and built their protocol specifically for them. That level of attention does not scale beyond a carefully limited cohort.
If you are considering joining, the waitlist is the right next step. Founding patients will have priority access and direct input into how the practice evolves.
longyxhealth opens to its founding patient cohort in Q4 2026 — limited places available. Join the waitlist for priority access and to be notified the moment bookings open.

Individual results vary. Clinical protocols are tailored to your biomarkers and medical history, but outcomes depend on your engagement with the programme, lifestyle factors, and underlying health conditions. longyxhealth provides physician-led guidance and evidence-based protocols — we do not promise or guarantee specific health outcomes. All services are educational and advisory in nature and do not replace emergency or specialist care. Fees are physician fees (Honorarvereinbarung §2 GOÄ); laboratory and diagnostic costs are separate and disclosed in full before you commit.
