Patients are billed directly by Dr. Mirza via Honorarvereinbarung §2 GOÄ. No revenue sharing, no commissions, no referral fees change hands. Clinical and financial relationships are kept entirely separate.
The practice operates under GCLS Clinical Workflow, Clinical Standards, and Physician Standard. Referring partners can be confident that clinical governance meets the field's current highest standard for longevity medicine.
The referral process is designed to be simple for the referring partner and transparent for the patient. No forms to fill on your end — the patient takes it from step two onwards.

A structured intake questionnaire is reviewed by Dr. Mirza before any call takes place. This ensures the patient's situation is understood in advance and that Longyx is the clinically appropriate fit.
Clinical fit is confirmed. The patient and Dr. Mirza agree on which service is the right starting point. No commitment is required at this stage beyond the call fee.
The patient enters their chosen programme. Where the patient provides explicit written consent, the referring clinician receives a structured referral summary at the close of the initial assessment phase.

Longyx is a preventive longevity practice. Clarity on scope protects your patient and ensures every referral is clinically appropriate.
Patient data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A structured referral summary is only shared with the referring clinician where the patient has given explicit written consent. No patient data is shared with referring organisations without consent. All communications use encrypted channels.
